We host our award-winning Farmers’ Market on the first Saturday of each month (excluding January). There are over 50 stalls to choose from offering fresh local produce including meat, fresh vegetables, fruit and flowers in season, cheese, cakes, savoury and sweet tarts, pies, fudge, artisan breads, pickles, oils, vinegars, preserves, local ales and wines, juices and plants plus much more.
The Crab and Lobster Festival brings the seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham together to celebrate the world-famous seafood caught in the seas off both coastal resorts. This seafood spectacular includes concerts, cookery theatre, art and seafood trails with over 35 local eateries taking part. There’s also a street market packed with local produce, live music during the day and at night, street performers, heritage and seafaring crafts, and children’s activities, and the World Crabbing Competition on Cromer Pier, in which any keen Cromer crabbers can participate!

The Holt Christmas Lights is an event that really ushers in Christmas with a difference. In November 2023 and commences at are off from 5.30pm and is quickly followed by the now legendary ‘Panto Race’. Now into its sixth year, this entertaining and hard fought contest takes place down the Holt high-street ahead of the official switch on.
Hunstanton Cliffs is the perfect spot for a Guy Fawkes night celebration and the fireworks are big, loud and go on and on and on! They say that nowhere are the skies bigger than in Norfolk but these fireworks do a great job at filling it. Doors open at 5.00pm on Saturday 4th November 2023 and the giant bonfire before is lit at 5.45pm.

Norwich Bubble Rush will take place at The Norfolk Showground, it is a fun run up to 5k that you can walk, jog or run! It is not about speed or winning, it’s about having fun and enjoying the bubbles! Participants run or walk the course which has four Bubble Stations each with a different coloured foam. The route will be 2 laps so you get double the bubbles– you can choose to complete the route once if you have little ones or by going around twice and completing the full 5K.
Carrow Road will host Take That this summer as the iconic UK band visit Norwich on with ‘This Life On Tour’. The tour will see the trio, Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald sing their hearts out for the people of Norwich. They will be joined on the tour by very special guest Olly Murs. Take That (formed in 1990) and is the most successful English boy band in UK chart history, specialising in their own style of pop balladry, the band hails from Manchester, England.
Fashion, food and having a flutter – it has to be the annual Fakenham Races Ladies Day with the flag dropping for the first race at 2.30pm. A key date in the Norfolk calendar, thousands of people stream through the gates to witness the thunder of steeds bearing down on the finish line and the roar of the crowds interspersed with the popping of corks and the rumble of conversation as visitors enjoy the day. One of the most exciting horse racing fixtures, the all-important Ladies Day fashion at Fakenham is as dramatic as the live horse racing. Chic outfits and beautiful Ladies Day hats will be in abundance as thousands of racegoers put their best Jimmy Choo forward to impress the judges of the striking Style Competition; with the winning Ladies Day outfit taking home a prize, plus other treats.

The Potty Festival is the place to be for Morris dancing and folk music in Sheringham, North Norfolk. It takes place in early July every year, and has been attracting large numbers of dancers, musicians, residents and tourists since it was established in 1993. Named after Sheringham’s ‘Lobster Potties’ Morris side, the festival has taken place in the town for the past 30 years. The event will see almost 40 sides dancing through the town, each showcasing various Morris forms.
Cromer Carnival is a week of festival family fun with children’s entertainment, live music, rides and local food, culminating in a spectacular Carnival Parade on Wednesday 16th August. Have fun!
Sandringham Flower Show is one of the most prestigious horticultural events in the East of England. Now in its 141st year, it is much more than just a Flower Show. It is a unique event offering not only the best in horticulture but also an excellent day out, filled with family entertainment.

The highlight of the summer season in North Norfolk is the Cromer Carnival, beginning on 17th August until 23rd August , with Carnival Day being 21st August. During this time the whole coast comes out to party, with the Red Arrows appearing on Carnival Day.

This will be an action packed adventure weekend with lots of live music, there will be over 100 activities included in the ticket price ranging from axe and spear throwing to dance workshops and so much more!
